No ID, need help

This photo was taken at Genting Highlands near the Radar Station and I have problem locating its ID, can you help?

He was resting on a bunch of fern and according to the Security Guard of the Radar Station, they found him partially immovable, I supposed he was just too tired to continue, and my encounter was pure "chance".

WOW!!! Must be one on passage!!

Yen, not likely disoriented, the Main Range is common known passage path for migrants in Malaysia where many migrants were mist-netted for studies on Fraser's and Cameron. That is why some migrants would oddly show up at these hills once in a blue moon, but this is definitely an exception record for the Oriental Pratincole, that prefers open ground, interesting to see it perched in such odd habitat.
