Birding @ Kemensah

I visited Kemensah for the 2nd times and Kemensah has proved to be a great spot for bird watching/photography with the help/guidance of a gracious host of Kemensah and son.

We spotted these birds:-

1. Grey-and-buff Woodpecker
2. Tickell's Blue Flycatcher
3. Asia Fairy Bluebird
4. Blue Eared Kingfisher (Juves and the adult)
5. a variety of bulbuls and flowerpeckers
6. Green Iora
7. best of all I heard the call of a Great Argus, believe me when I say it was a Great Argus because the call is unmistakeable.

Here is the Blue-Eared Kingfisher (juves).
