Birds of FRIM 3

I visit FRIM time and again because I was always wonderfully surprised by my encounter. Here are some of them.

This is an Oriental Cuckoo and is classified as a montane forest bird. Can be spotted during migration season.

And a smart Bronzed Drongo

Pretty and nice posing Cuckoo.
I noted from your EXIF data;
"Focal Length = 560/1 mm = 560 mm"
Are you using some kind of Teleconverter, 2X TC?

Thanks again, tabib. I took your advice and I invested in a the 400mm f5.6 L lens plus a 1.4 x tc.
Still struggling with it though.

Congratulation on your new "Baby".
That L lenses sure bring you joy in the coming birds hunting. Practice, practice and patience!

I can see why they call it a cuckoo with its super big eye looking at you so intensely. Perhaps they make the cuckoo sound too.
